Hello everyone!

As some of you may know, I recently celebrated a significant milestone—my 59th birthday! 🎉 This time around, I felt an overwhelming sense of introspection that I wanted to share with you all. Birthdays are a such unique opportunity for reflection, and this one was particularly special as it marks the last year of my 50s.

Turning 59 has been a bit of a rollercoaster. Initially, the thought of being just one year shy of 60 was daunting. Images of milestones far ahead—like turning 70—flooded my mind. Am I truly ready for another decade? The truth is, aging is as much about mindset as it is about anything else. I recently read from a source talking about how our thoughts shape our experience of age. If you believe the coming years will be fantastic, they just might be. So, I’m embracing this mindset wholeheartedly and encouraging you to do the same.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is the power of thought. Our beliefs dictate our experiences. I recently picked up ‘Let Them’ by Mel Robbins. Initially skeptical, her insights have resonated deeply with me, reminding me of everything we inherently know but occasionally need to hear differently.

As a birthday resolution, I’ve decided to hit pause and reflect on the podcast journey—this also being the finale of the current season. It has been a blend of excitement and vulnerability, stepping into an idea some years in the making. But the uncertainty didn’t stop me. Despite the initial trepidation, the feedback and encouragement from listeners like you have been incredibly motivating.

At 59, I find myself at a crossroads, questioning what’s next. Having navigated several career transitions, from high-risk obstetrics to launching Tula Wellness, adaptability has become my anchor. Every stage, whether planned or unexpected, offers learning and growth.

So, what’s the next journey for me? While I don’t have all the answers, I plan to be intentional about this next chapter. Intentionality in life and in business matters more now than ever. I’ve been brainstorming, collaborating with my fantastic team, Kathy and Brandy, solidifying the future of my business vision—and I couldn’t have asked for a better support system.

Letting go and pivoting are essential parts of growth. I’ve even taken steps in my personal life to release old thought patterns and relationships that no longer serve me. The relief and liberation from doing the hard work have been nothing short of transformational.

For many of us, especially those of us past the halfway mark age-wise, it’s natural to question our paths and redefine our goals. If you find yourself at a similar juncture, I encourage you to ask yourself tough questions. What are you holding onto that’s holding you back? Recognizing and acting upon the need for change can lead to extraordinary breakthroughs.

Wrapping up this introspective dive, I invite you to stay tuned for the next season, which promises to delve into even juicier topics, with incredible guests lined up. Remember, it’s about the journey, not just the destination.

As usual, stay brilliant, stay beautiful, but most importantly, stay juicy.

Thank you for being part of this journey—for listening, for the support, and for the camaraderie. Here’s to new beginnings for all of us.

With gratitude, Dr. Arianna
